Stacy Francis, the woman who was in an alleged altercation with Whitney Houston days before she died, speaks out.

A source tells CNN that Whitney Houston was witnessed consuming large amounts of alcohol publicly in the days before her death. Investigators have requested surveillance tapes from common areas of the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, if they exist. These may provide clues as to whether Houston was drinking.  A source says Xanax was among the prescription drugs found in Houston's room.
